  Cancellations received after November 8, 2013 and conference no shows will be charged the $45 guest registration fee.
• Guest Registration – $45.00
  Register as a CALG member prior to event registration and membership will extend through 2014 and include the 2013 Annual Conference. No cancellations accepted after November 8, 2013.
• Individual Member Registration
  Cancellations received after November 8, 2013 and conference no shows will be charged the $45 guest registration fee.
