Please join us for our General Member Meeting on Thursday, February 19th, 2015 at the Employers Association, 3020 West Arrowood Road, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Our guest speaker for this event will be Joshua Roffman of Roffman Law Office, PLC (bio below).

Topic of Discussion: The OFCCP Scheduling Letter; Its 22-Item Itemized Listing; and other Hot Topics in Affirmative Action.

ABOUT JOSHUA ROFFMAN AND ROFFMAN LAW OFFICE

Roffman Law Office’s founding attorney, Joshua Roffman, has spent the last dozen years building an exemplary record in assisting federal contractor employers in their affirmative action and OFCCP regulatory compliance counseling needs. He is currently on a seven year run during which no desk audit submission that he has overseen at the outset has resulted in a violation involving a financial remedy by the employer. Having overseen the preparation of dozens of OFCCP desk audit submissions each year, it is doubtful that any OFCCP compliance practitioner who does this work as regularly as Mr. Roffman does can match this record.

Josh has built his new firm from the ground up to offer a best-in-class outside counsel option for federal contractor employers in the areas of OFCCP compliance, affirmative action plan design and preparation, and employment data analytics (adverse impact analyses, pay equity studies, etc.) at a value-driven price point. The firm invests its money wisely in only those areas that are necessary—computer hardware and software/application technologies and personnel—in order to offer top-notch legal services to federal contractor employers. The resulting savings are then passed on to clients, allowing the firm to offer an attractive fee structure—something that is increasingly important as the overall contactor compliance costs increase while the dollar contractual thresholds for those obligations remain unchanged.

Registration deadline is Friday, February 13, 2014.

Breakfast will be provided at no charge for members; $15 for guests and non-members. Everyone welcome!

We look forward to networking with you!!
